WEDDING FAQ’S


Can I move the date of my Wedding Photography?

Yes. I understand sometimes things don’t always go to plan, If for any reason you are not able to keep your original booking date, I am happy to transfer your booking to a different date at no extra cost this is subject to the new chosen date being available. If I am unavailable for the new date you will be refunded 50% of your deposit.

How long do you keep my images?

Your wedding Images are stored for 2 years should the worst happen and you need to replace them. During this time you can contact me for additional prints or digital files as you require. Pricing for these prints and files can be found HERE. If you require the entire album this is available at a cost of £100.

Are there any hidden costs?

Absolutely NOT, the price you see is the price you pay, all of my packages are totally transparent with no hidden additional costs, if you would like additional prints or files these are available to purchase at any time during your session or up to two years after.

What can I use my discount card for?

You can use your discount card for any session I offer excluding the mini sessions of taster sessions.

Can I order additional images ?

You can order an unlimited number of additional images from your day, all additional pricing information can be found HERE. If you decide after your wedding that you would like to increase the number of images you receive this will be charged per 100 images or the difference between packages.

Can I Buy a gift card?

Yes. I have gift cards available for any and all of my sessions. Gift cards can be used for any of my photography sessions as part payment or full payment. They can also be used against additional prints or files from my online store (please ask on the day of your session for more information) Request your gift card

What can I do with my finished images?

In short anything you want after they have been delivered they are your images, As the images will have been fully edited to a high standard I would ask that they not be further edited for social media when crediting imagination photographers. If the images are to be used in promotions by vendors prior consent from myself must be gained.

Can I tell you who to take pictures of?

Yes, I have an extensive shot list that covers every detail of your day, this includes any combination of family members you can think of. During your pre-booking chat we will go through every detail of your day and you will get the chance to tell me any of your “MUST HAVE” images and I will add these to your priority shot list.

How do I get my images

After I have edited all your images they will be stored on a personalised USB and placed in a hand crafted wooden box engraved with your names and wedding date, this will then be hand delivered by me to ensure your images arrive with you safely.

where do you shoot?

Anywhere and everywhere, sessions that involve travel of over 1 hour will incur travel costs, these will be discussed before your booking is finalised. If your wedding is a sufficient distance away to requires an over night stay this will be added to the package price and discussed before you finalise your booking

Can I share my session with someone else?

Yes but your package will remain the same if you choose a package with 7 images I will deliver 7 images it will be down to you to decide what images you would like in your final pack the session duration will also remain the same.

All images presented within the gallery on this website, social media or advertisement are produced by Imagination photographers or photographers working under the name Imagination photographers. Rights to all images taken or displayed on the website or social media solely belong to imagination photographers and may not be used in any other way without prior consent.

All images are fully edited at the time of delivery and may not be re-edited for personal use on social media when representing or promoting Imagination photographers.

All discount vouchers can be used for any session I offer, each voucher is good for one session and must be presented at the time of booking, only one voucher or offer can be used at a time. The use of multiple offers is not permitted. All deposits are refundable with cancelation up to 48 hours before session after this any deposits are refunded at 50%.
